一.Equipment Introduction

The equipment is mainly used for wrapping with various materials such as power cable copper tape, mica tape, polyester tape, non-woven fabric, glass fiber tape , using single-piece or tower-type concentric wrapping, this model has a high-end design concept, advanced control, reasonable structure, beautiful and generous appearance, convenient operation, stable performance, energy saving and consumption reduction and other advantages, the main features of equipment design are as follows:

1.Symmetrical design on the left and right, both sides can be used as operating side, and can be arbitrarily arranged according to the site conditions.

2.The spare rack is separated from the main machine, and the storage amount of tapes is enough and to spare, and the tapes can be stored on demand.

3.It is servo-controlled and runs smoothly, and the motor has a longer life than the magnetic powder controller, thus having a lower failure rate, a faster speed, and a higher output.

4.The main machine adopts ultra-thin design, with a length of 880 mm and a width of 850 mm. The structure is simple and compact, which can save workshop space and is convenient for maintenance and repair.

三. Technical parameters of equipment

1、放线架Pay-off stand

（1）With shaftless passive pay-off, the frame is welded with high-quality Q235 steel;

（2）Magnetic powder tension braking device is adopted to ensure stable, durable and reliable braking tension;

（3）The left and right columns of the Pay-off stand are synchronously lifted and lowered by electric screw rod, and can also be lifted and lowered separately. And its limit position design has mechanical and electrical double protection functions ;

（4）The left and right columns of pay-off stand are moved left and right by electric screw respectively to realize the clamping and loosening of the bobbin.

（5）Applicable bobbin diameter is Φ1000 ~ Φ2000mm

（6）Load ≤ 8 tons;

（7）The installation site needs to be flattened and hardened to avoid building foundation, which is convenient for installation and movement.

（8）The thimble of the pay-off stand is a two-stage thimble, 80mm and 125mm, and the installation hole is 60mm deep and 60mm in diameter.

2.Automatic self-aligning well frame

 The automatic self-aligning well frame is capable of self-adapting to various conductor diameters concentric to the mainframe inlet hole with its unique design.

 3.Horizontal split wrapping machine

（1）The split design is convenient for operation and observation, and it is also convenient for tape storage. The frame is welded with high-quality Q235 steel.

（2）Spindle inlet wire gauge : φ40mm.

（3）Tape specification : outer diameter * width * hole diameter : 400 * 180 * 76  ;

（4） Maximum linear speed: 50m / min ;

（5）maximum revolution: 1500rpm

（6）The S&Z rotating direction of the taping head can be switched on the touch screen arbitrarily ;

（7）The pitch is 10-40mm, which can be set online digitally and adjusted automatically.

（8）The spare rack is self-contained, and the effective length of the storage tape is 0.9 meters ;

（9）The machine will go for auto-stop if the wrapping tape is cut off and or used out, and it has the function of displaying the main operating parameters and      faults of the equipment;

 (10）The wrapping head can be wound simultaneously or independently, which can be set on the touch screen;

 (11）The meters can be counted positively and negatively, and cleared synchronously;

（13）Tape tension is servo-controlled, with automatic tracking feedback function ;

（14）The tape spindle bearing is designed with the function of filling lubricating oil to ensure the long-term stable operation of the spindle.

（15）Each dodge gate has a clear window for observing the status of equipment operation;

（16）Each taping head is equipped with a protective cover.

 4、Wrapping machine electrical control system

（1） The control cabinet is made of standard nine-fold profile, with front and rear doors,and the top layer is ventilated by micro-positive pressure to prevent dust and dissipate heat.

（2）The human-machine interface adopts 10-inch touch screen, and the operation mode adopts cantilever control box, which is convenient for operators to move conveniently.

（3）Automatic adjustment of tape tension: the tape tension is controlled by servo motors and servo controllers, with constant tension accurately controlled, stably and automatically adjusted; it improves the quality of wrapping and enhances the fire-resistant effect; and it can reduce the waste of wrapping tape and conductor materials due to unstable tension;

（4）Automatic adjustment of overlap ratio: the overlap ratio can be adjusted online accurately,thus avoiding the quality problem and material waste caused by unstable overlap ratio.

（5） It can automatically detect, whistle alarm and stop working if the wire or the tape is cut off or used out;

（6） With reverse running function, it is convenient to reverse the line and connect the tape;

（7）There is a line length setting and tape length setting function, and it stops automatically when it reaches the set value;

（8）The pitch can be calculated automatically as long as the diameter, the width, the thickness and the overlap ratio of the mica tape are input in the machine;

（9）The S&Z rotating direction of the taping head can be switched on the touch screen according to the technological requirements;

（10） Safety protection: all parts of the machine are sealed in the safety cabin, and the movable door has a safety interlock control device;

  4、 Tractor

（1）Traction force is 1250KG

（2）The structure is air compressed tractor with infinitely adjustable air pressure;

（3）Applicable wire diameter : φ3-40mm;

  (4）The maximum traction speed is 50m/min, and the traction speed is infinitely adjustable;

（5）With meter counting and speed measurement function, the accuracy is more than 2‰;

5、 Dedicated metre counters

 It adopts high-precision encoder and double roller design, and adjusts the clamping mechanism according to the diameter of the wire. The wheel pressing device can ensure high pressure while preventing wire deformation and increasing friction, preventing meter counting errors due to reversal, slippage, etc., and linking with the wrapping head to ensure accurate overlap ratio.

 6、ake-up stand
