Horizontal taping machine

 The automatic high-speed taping machine adopts a modular design , which supports a single wrapping head or multiple wrapping heads to be combined into a system . The machine can wrap a single or stranded wires and it is available to various wrapping materials, Such as mica, polyamide, PTFE, insulating paper, polyester laminate tape, aluminum foil, metal tape, etc.

 The machine can be installed with all sorts of Moxin wrapping heads and the maximum diameter of the spool is up to 300mm O.D.

 The wrapping rotation can be highly synchronized with the line speed of the capstan pulling units, while the take-up and the pay-off are controlled by constant air compression and the PID automatically adjusts the tension of the take-up and the pay-off.

 The electric control system adopts PLC and servo controller, and the machine is managed by the operator through a color touch-screen panel.

Each wrapping unit can store 5 Spools, the total length is about 60000 meters, this can ensure the whole reel of cable can be wrapped without cutting off the conductor during the process.

14.Protective function: The machine will go for auto-stop if the wire is cut off and the wrapping tape is used out, when the remaining wrapping material is not enough, it automatically whistles alarm and the warning lights flash in the meanwhile;

15.Human-Machine interface: Using 10 inch color screen and PLC control system, on the touch screen, it displays the operation parameter and the running status of the control system, such as the data of wire diameter, tape width, overlapping ratio etc;

16.Pay-off and take-up, traction, taping head is all controlled by servo motor, and the tension can be adjusted and controlled accurately, to make sure the tight wrapping and accurate overlapping, and the core wire won’t be stretched and deformed, if the wire is cut off, the response time won’t last for more than 3 seconds, and it can automatically reverse which is convenient for tape splicing and replacement, and the wire pitch can be adjusted accurately;
